Unethical , unprofessional , disgusting behavior! It's kind of a long story but I'll try to make it short, so due to my daughter's health issues and a previous house fire my house got out of control and I needed assistance so I contacted another Agency for financial assistance because I am not able to afford housekeeping or decluttering myself, anywho the two women that came one of them sat in the truck 98% of the time claiming to do paperwork however they had told me let me know what you would like done and we can get that done you don't have to be in the room you can go take a nap or do whatever yet the first day they came and literally bagged up everything that was clothing including the jacket that I was wearing just prior that had my car keys and my wallet in the pockets and they slapped a donation sticker on it, like who does that. And that morning my daughter was not feeling well so she stayed home from school and as a child you repeat the same things that you were told and as a mother I have told my children to repeatedly the dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes for you, you have to remove the food, so my daughter reiterated that statement to one of the women and they were absolutely offended and did everything in their power after that point to lie about me and my child stating that my daughter whom after making that statement went and lay down and literally slept all day what stated that she was hindering their progress and rolling her eyes at them and continued their lie with my ex-boyfriend and I were fighting around them and it was making them uncomfortable and their biggest lie being that I was walking around naked and making them uncomfortable, which this is just insane because I'm a large woman and barely get naked to take a shower nonetheless I had felt something was off about their behaviors prior to their lies and my ex and I were sitting in my room talking so I'm not sure what made them decide this lie was what they were going to go with I do have front porch surveillance cameras and I did download the footage and it appears that since it was state-funded they were going to not do the job adequately or at all but still get paid the full amount because of what they had to endure was there a whole plot which is really pathetic to steal State funding and lie about a single mom and a sick child to do so

I had a project that was too much to take on myself so I contacted BioClean on the recommendation of my social worker daughter. I worked with Adrian to determine what needed to be done, received a reasonable cost estimate, and the job was completed by two of the most amazing, hardworking, STRONG women - Tracy and Savannah - that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The end product exceeded my expectations by far. They were fast, efficient, and kind, and cleaned up as they worked. I wanted to give them a generous tip and while it's not allowed, Tracy and Savannah explained what a great company BioClean is to work for and how well they treat their employees. That means everything to me and speaks to the character of the family-run business. I have more work that needs to be done and I'll happily and confidently work with BioClean to get it done.

We just moved into our house and found the entire attic had bats. The area had never been cleaned.They did excellent work. Kept us informed along the way. The two men who came out were courteous and cleaned up after the work was completed.We have more areas to be cleaned, so Bio Clean will be back again.

During the process of cleaning my sister’s home, I talked to most of the Bio Clean staff. They were all extremely professional and compassionate. While Rea was very pleasant and easy to talk during inquiry, Jared and Andrew were patient and kind during the actual cleaning. Very responsive, they were out to clean a sewage break within hours, helped us with the insurance claim as well. Very friendly and exactly what you need when you have these types of issues.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and staff. Lisa, the operations manager was beyond helpful while navigating an insurance claim for a stolen vehicle with drug exposure. She took her time and went out of her way. Adrian, the admin support, thoroughly explained the test results and gave recommendations and walked me through the next steps.
