During the process of cleaning my sister’s home, I talked to most of the Bio Clean staff. They were all extremely professional and compassionate. While Rea was very pleasant and easy to talk during inquiry, Jared and Andrew were patient and kind during the actual cleaning. I cannot say enough good things about this company and staff. Lisa, the operations manager was beyond helpful while navigating an insurance claim for a stolen vehicle with drug exposure. She took her time and went out of her way. Adrian, the admin support, thoroughly explained the test results and gave recommendations and walked me through the next steps. Biohazard clean up is an awful thing to have to go through, but is something I deal with semi-regularly in my industry. I have always appreciated the services from Bio Clean, they are fast, responsive and professional. These folks deal with really difficult stuff on a daily basis so and are no strangers to death and decay, but they manage to remain compassionate while others who do this for a living seem a bit jaded. I have never had an issue with getting same or next day service. It is pricey, but all biohazard clean up is, and it's not something that you can skimp on and their rates are competitive for the industry. I've never felt pressured to go with more expensive options if they're not necessary to make sure the area is clean, sanitary, free of odors and safe to enter.I enjoy working with their office and technicians, and as someone who has called upon them multiple times, would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need of biohazard cleaning and removal.

Hello, if I were reading my review I may be a bit skeptical but alas, trust me please.One day I noticed there was black grease on a cotton dress of mine &found the source was from grease that had somehow found it's way on to my seat belt. As I use products that do not test on animals I thought let's put biokleen bac-out on the grease....ta da say 20 minutes later I rubbed thegrease with a textured cotton cloth, with a fair amount of pressure & thegrease disappeared !!!! Today I noticed my white linen shirt also had the grease on it so repeated the above steps . Enjoy!!!
