Why Bio Clean Exists
By Rhea Toles, Vice President, Bio Clean Inc.
Okay, so this is my first blog post and it feels important to share WHY Bio Clean exists. It’s important so people understand what they’re about to read on our blogs.
People don’t reach out to us during ordinary moments. They call during some of the hardest days of their lives – after a loss, a traumatic event, or when a home no longer feels safe. Those calls come with emotion, fear, and often a deep sense of overwhelm.
At Bio Clean, Inc. we step into those moments with one clear purpose: to help people when they need it most.
As I move forward with this blog, I want to be as honest as possible of what we are dealing with as employees at Bio Clean, Inc. The REAL stories and how we deal with what is coming at us every single day. Not just as field technicians and what we’re seeing out on the field but also as office staff and the phone calls we’re getting, as our sales reps and how do we sell a service that isn’t common, and as business owners – how we’re dealing with owning a small, family business in this type of industry.
Compassion Comes First
Biohazard and trauma cleanup to our construction department isn’t just technical work. It’s human work. We enter homes and properties where something deeply personal has happened. Our responsibility is not only to restore space but to do so with respect, empathy, and care for everyone involved.
Every technician on our team is trained to understand that behind every job is a story. A family. A person trying to move forward.
Safety You Can Trust
Our work is rooted in safety—for our clients, our team, and the community. We follow strict protocols, use professional-grade equipment, and stay educated on evolving standards because people trust us during moments when they can’t afford uncertainty.
But safety alone isn’t enough. How we show up matters just as much as how we clean.
Helping Those in Need Is Not Just a Tagline
Helping Those in Need is the heart of Bio Clean. It’s the reason we answer the phone at all hours. It’s why we take the time to explain the process, advocate for clients, and support them beyond the job itself when possible.
This blog will be a place to share what we see, what we’ve learned, and why compassionate, professional biohazard cleaning matters more than most people ever realize—until they need it.
If you’re here because you’re facing one of those moments, please know: you don’t have to handle it alone. We’re here to help restore not just spaces, but peace of mind.
And if you’re here to really know and read the stories of what it’s like – you will definitely be coming into something very real.
I hope you enjoy and can’t wait to share!
Rhea
